How ToSet Up a Team in GameChanger Team Manager
Intended audience: Coaches
Parents and coaches of Berwyn Paoli Area Little League have free access to an iOS/Android application called "GameChanger Team Manager". This application is somewhat similar to the TeamSnap app that many people have used, but this app is free for everyone (coaches and parents) to use (no monthly fee like TeamSnap) and provides integration with BPALL's Sports Connect website platform. From the app, coaches and parents can:
- View the schedule - as games and practices are added through the BPALL website, they will automatically show up in GC Team Manager.
- RSVP to events
- Send messages to the team
- There is scorekeeping capability, similar or identical to the original Game Changer app people may have seen or used in the past.

To setup your team in GameChanger Team Manager:
- The team roster must already be posted.
- A coach needs to download the app to his/her iPhone or Android phone. Make sure to download the app with the green "GC" logo. (There is a separate GameChanger app with a baseball logo, this app is not the one that integrates with BPALL's platform.)
- The coach needs to open the app and log in with the same email address used on bpall.org. When this is done for the first time by a team coach, he/she will be prompted to import the BPALL team.
- Once the team is imported, an email will be sent to all of the team staff and parents to join the team on Team Manager.
