2020 Season Refund Policy

Berwyn Paoli Area Little League appreciates the unusual circumstances related to COVID-19 and the global pandemic.  As a result, the league has updated the refund policy in order to offer options to families who registered for and are participating in the 2020 season.

Berwyn Paoli Area Little League is a not-for-profit organization.  The Field of Dreams complex is a private facility and is maintained by the league and participating families.  The league operating budget comes from player registrations, sponsorships, and donations received from a range of generous individuals and organizations.

The refund policy has been developed with the goal of balancing the ongoing operating budget for the league while also addressing expenditures that are not able to be recovered.  Examples of these expenditures include the league charter, insurance, field maintenance, and equipment.

The league deeply appreciates the generosity of the families who opted to donate their 2020 registration to the league in the event they decided not to participate in the 2020 season.

Registration fee minus:

  • $25 field maintenance fee
  • $3 service fee (only applicable to registrations after December 31, 2019)
  • 2.8% credit card fee
Post July 18, 2020 or in the event season must close due to state, local or federal guidance$0
