BPALL Photo Day - Makeup Day Monday, May 17th

BPALL is hosting a makeup Photo Day on Monday, May 17th. For any individuals who missed the event on Saturday, May 1st, we are bringing the photographers back for you!

What you need to know:

  • When: Monday, May 17th from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM
  • Where: Robl Field (field at the back of complex near covered cage)
  • Who: All players in baseball, tee ball, and Challenger programs who were not able to make the event on Saturday, May 1st. Softball will be handled separately.
  • What to wear: Your BPALL uniform
  • What to bring: Completed order form, baseball gloves and bat if you want them in the photo

Photos can be taken any time within the window, but we ask that you arrive as close to 6 pm as possible.

Online Ordering Process

Please order online before you arrive for Photo day by clicking HERE. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please print this confirmation and give to your athlete to hand into the photographer on picture day. If you are unable to print, you may write the Order ID # on an 8x10 sheet of paper along with your child's name, team name and your email to be handed into the photographer. Completed photo orders will be mailed directly to the player's home approximately 3 weeks following pictures

BPALL is excited to announce that Saturday, May 1st will be Photo Day 2021. Specific time slots have been assigned based on scheduled game times. This year we will again have contactless ordering and a composite team photo!


What you need to know:
  • When: Saturday, May 1st from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Where: Robl Field (field at the back of complex near covered cage)
  • Who: All players in baseball, tee ball, and Challenger programs (softball will be handled separately)
  • What to wear: Your BPALL uniform! It will get you a free hot dog at the concession stands, too!
  • What to bring: Completed order form, baseball gloves and bat if you want them in the photo 
The schedule of time slots for each team is located here. Please arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible, however, if you have a conflict with your scheduled time, photos can be taken at any time between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Keeping Our Community Safe and the Team Photo Process

Even if you choose not to order photos, the league hopes you will have an individual photo taken so that the team photo can be built.

Teams will be scheduled in specific time slots. Coaches will assemble teams in a designated area ahead of the photo time slot. While the team is assembling, please observe social distance guidelines and wear mask. While waiting for photos, SNAP! Photo will have players line up next to markers that are 6 feet apart. Once the individual photo and the composite photo on the green screen have been taken, you are able to leave the photo area.

SNAP! Photo follows all safety recommendations; therefore, team photos will be taken as a composite team. This means that individual pictures will be taken of all players and coaches against a green screen backdrop that will be set up under a pop-up tent on the field. These individual images will be combined digitally into an awesome team group photo. This process eliminates the need for posing everyone in a group. It does require all players to have their photo taken against the green screen backdrop to show a full team of players, regardless of whether they are purchasing a photo package.
